  • The payment methods we accept are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, PayPal, and e-gift cards for Sam Louise & Co. issued in USD. Your order total will be charged to your selected method of payment after checkout.

    Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary, confirmation number, and order total. Orders usually cannot be modified once submitted, so make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

    Please note that we are required to collect sales tax in Texas, and customers are responsible for paying the applicable sales tax on their order.

  • Most of our products are produced to order and take 2-6 business days to be processed and dispatched. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that orders containing different products are usually shipped separately, and may ship from different locations and on different days. This is because we use multiple print partners that help us print on demand, and ship our products directly to you. For orders with multiple products, you can expect a shipment confirmation email for each individual package.

    US shipments usually have a transit time of 2-7 business days, but shipping delays are possible (especially around holidays) and unfortunately out of our control. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce to ship products; however, the carriers and methods we use vary by product and location, and are subject to change.

    We offer standard shipping to all 50 states and Canada at this time.

  • Unused products that are in pristine condition may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping costs. After receiving confirmation for a return, please give 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations unless there is a problem with your order.

    We take extra care in packaging your products and ensuring top quality. However, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defected upon delivery, we’ll allow for a full refund or exchange. If this should happen, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and attach pictures of the product issue.
