Shipping & Production

Many of our products are produced to order and take 2–7 business days to be processed and dispatched. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that we use a variety of print partners that help us print on demand and dispatch our products. Therefore, orders with multiple items may ship separately and from different locations. You can expect to receive a shipment confirmation email for each package.

U.S. shipments usually have a transit time of 2–7 business days, but shipping delays are possible (especially around holidays) and unfortunately out of our control. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce; however, the carriers we use vary by product and location and are subject to change.

We offer standard shipping to all 50 states and Canada.

Orders & Payment

The prices displayed on our website are in USD, and purchases are only valid in the United States and Canada. We present the most recent and accurate prices on our website, including product price, sales tax, and shipping and handling. However, there may be occasions where the pricing or availability is inaccurate. Sam Louise & Co. reserves the right to correct any price and availability inaccuracies without prior notice, including after you submit the order. Please note that any inaccurate information is unintentional, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If this should happen and you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately, and we will work with you to cancel or return your order.

The payment methods we accept are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay, PayPal, and e-gift cards for Sam Louise & Co. issued in USD. Your order total will be charged to your selected method of payment after checkout.

Once you order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary, confirmation number, and approximate order total. Please note that orders usually cannot be modified once submitted, so review your order carefully before purchasing.

If we cannot obtain authorization from your bank or credit card company, your order will not be processed. If you experience issues with placing your order due to a declined card, this may be because of incorrect information entered. Double-check the information entered, and if you’re still experiencing issues, we recommend trying a new method of payment and reaching out to your bank or credit card company immediately.

Please note that we’re required to collect sales tax in North Carolina, and customers are responsible for paying the applicable sales tax on their orders.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Unused products in pristine condition may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. After receiving confirmation for a return, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations unless there is a problem with your order.

We take extra care in packaging your products and ensuring top quality. However, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we’ll allow for a full refund or exchange (including shipping). If this should happen, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and attach pictures of the product issue.

If you wish to make a return, contact us at hello@samlouise.co to confirm that your order qualifies. We will then provide you with further directions on where to ship the item(s).
