Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary, confirmation number, and order total. Please note that orders usually cannot be modified once submitted, so make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

If we cannot obtain an authorization from your bank or credit card company, your order will not be processed, and it will be cancelled. If you experience issues with placing your order due to a declined card, this may be because of incorrect information entered. Double check the information entered and if you’re still experiencing issues, we recommend trying a new method of payment and reaching out to your bank or credit card company immediately.

Please note that we are required to collect sales tax in Texas, and customers are responsible for paying the applicable sales tax on their order.

Unused products that are in pristine condition may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping costs. After receiving confirmation for a return, please give 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations unless there is a problem with your order.

We take extra care in packaging your products and ensuring top quality. However, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defected upon delivery, we’ll allow for a full refund or exchange. If this should happen, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and attach pictures of the product issue.
