Custom Dog Portrait (Digital Print)

Sam Louise & Co. dog portraits are the perfect minimalist prints to decorate a wall, display on a shelf, or give as a gift to your dog-loving friends and family.

Please note that this listing is for a digital file of the finished illustration that you can print yourself or at a local print shop. You will not receive a physical print. Once Sam completes the portrait, you will receive an email with an 8x10” high-resolution file of your finished artwork.

Once the portrait is in your cart, a form will appear where you’ll enter the dog’s name, font, and background color.

After you order, please send reference images of the dog(s) to hello@samlouise.co and include your order number. You can expect to hear from Sam within 1–2 business days to confirm your illustration details and give you an accurate lead time. The timeframe for completing an illustration varies. However, portraits are usually illustrated within a week after placing the order.

    • 8” x 10” digital artwork file (not a physical print)

    • Custom background color

    • White border around the background color with the sketch slightly overlapping

    • The dog’s name (or names) displayed above the illustration in one of our four fonts

    • Minor revisions (within reason)

  • Unused products in pristine condition may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. After receiving confirmation for a return, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations unless there is a problem with your order.

    We take extra care in packaging your products and ensuring top quality. However, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we’ll allow for a full refund or exchange. If this should happen, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and attach pictures of the product issue.
