  • Width (w) is measured straight across the chest from side to side. Length (l) is measured from the highest point of the neck seam to the bottom of the sweatshirt.

    • Care: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors; tumble dry low; do not iron or dry clean

    • Made to order in the U.S. and usually takes 2–3 business days to be printed and dispatched

  • Unused products in pristine condition may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. After receiving confirmation for a return, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations unless there is a problem with your order.

    We take extra care in packaging your products and ensuring top quality. However, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we’ll allow for a full refund or exchange (including shipping). If this should happen, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and attach pictures of the product issue.
