U.S. shipments usually have a transit time of 2–7 business days, but shipping delays are possible (especially around holidays) and unfortunately out of our control. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce; however, the carriers we use vary by product and location and are subject to change.
We offer standard shipping to all 50 states and Canada.

Unused products in pristine condition may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs using the carrier of their choice. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. After receiving confirmation for a return, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations unless there is a problem with your order.
We take extra care in packaging your products and ensuring top quality. However, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we’ll allow for a full refund or exchange (including shipping). If this should happen, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and attach pictures of the product issue.
