1. Before you order, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you require the illustration by a specific date. The typical lead time, including print production and shipping, is 3–4 weeks.

2. Once you add the illustration to your cart, a form will appear where you'll provide custom details regarding your order. You can expect to hear from Sam within 1–2 business days, confirming your illustration details and giving you an accurate lead time.

3. After you place your order, please send images of the wedding dress to hello@samlouise.co for Sam’s reference.
